How do I place an Order?
Go to “THE SHOP”. Click on your desired item, choose the colour and your foot size. Click “ADD TO CART”. In case you want to continue shopping, push the BACK button. In case that’s all for now, click on the shopping cart image in the upper right corner. Check your cart. If everything is correct, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”. Enter the information asked and go to “PAY”. That is it! Your parcel is on its way!
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope. If you plan to buy from us in the future, we recommend creating an account to keep your information stored and automatically filled in.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How Do I Track My Order?
We are moving towards automating sending the tracking number on your e-mail. Currently, though, please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to receive your tracking number.
How Can I Return a Product?
You will have the “Return of Unwanted Goods” form attached to your order. In case you need to return, send us the parcel back with the form filled. We will transfer your money back to the account used during purchase (either bank account or PayPal account). If for some reason the form was missing, you can download the form here.

How to measure?
Take a ruler and measure your foot from your big toe to heel. It works even better if you draw around the foot with a pen and measure the drawing. Don’t measure your existing shoes as you need to know your inner sole size, not outer.
That way you will find out your shoe, sandal or slipper size in cm measure and can convert it to right size using TOKU chart.
If your ruler is using inch measure, don’t worry – 1 inch equals 2.54 cm.
